Introduction

Welcome to my recipes!

I am creating this blog to post not only my own recipes, but recipes from others that I love.  It is intended for my friends and family, but I am open to others trying what I create.  I'm always playing with different foods and herbs.  I love to experiment, but I rarely write down what I do.  Tonight I made an amazing manicotti and had so many requests for the recipe that I decided to start this blog.

Please note: I am not a chef or a nutritionist, so please use your own judgement when it comes to calories and food substitutions.

I hope you find some that you like.  And please feel free to comment with suggestions if you can make any of them better.  I'm always open to feedback.
